Genral Fitness Test for Porwal college students

 On Saturday 12, 2022 a genral fitness test for college students was conducted by Dr. J. V. Ramteke, cord. of SKPC Sports and Fitness program.

This test was conducted after successful completion of One month Health and fitness program which is started from 4 th Oct. to 4th Nov. 2022 timing at2.30 to 4. 30 P.m venu college play ground .

 

The main aim of this program is to promote all the college students for healthy lifestyle through fitness and sports activities.

Total 67 students (boys and girls) were taken benifit from this one month health and fitness program

Testing batteries

1.Yogasan  (Flexibility)

3 asapas candidate choice

2 asanas examiner choice

Total 5 asapas 2 mark each total 10 mark

2.Jumping Jacks Test (Endurance and Strength)

Scoring: number proper jumping jack in 30 seconds 

3.Squat Test (to check leg strength)

 Scoring number of proper squat in 30 seconds 

4.Push-up (upper body strength)

 Scoring: number of  proper push ups in 30 seconds 

 

5. 50 Meter Dash (for Speed)

Scoring :Timing in seconds

     Result: 1st place Natasha Rodekar Bcom I

2nd place Aachal Bangar Bsc I, 

3rd. place Apeksha Deepak Sawarkar Bsc III
